
A. Yes! For Ladybug Run we are planning to support participants out to 16 minute per mile pace (~50 minutes for 5k, ~100 minutes for 10k). We will also work to ensure that both the first and last finisher receive aid station support and finish line food.
Q. Will there be official chip timing and when will the race results be ready?
A. The race will be chip timed and we will strive to have race results up within 24 hours.
Q. Will there be race awards?
A. Yes. We will have overall, masters and age group prizes for the 5k and 10k runs.
Q. Can jogging strollers be used during the events?
A. Yes! We invite families to run together. Please be considerate on the narrower parts of the route for the other participants.
Q. I'm interested in training for the Ladybug Run, but I currently do not run. How can I get started?
A. The Ladybug Run is designed for both runners and walkers, but a great place to start with your running is the Couch to 5K training plan. Another resource for new runners is the Runner's World: Beginners web site.
Q. Are shirts sized for women and men?
A. Yes! We have worked hard to find shirts that look good and fit well for both sexes.
Q. Do we need to bring our registration info to pick up our race bibs and t-shirts?
A. Yes please.
